The version you're using is more recent and should already have those fixes in it. As far as I recall, those revisions stopped the music from cutting out abruptly but did not stop all of the audio problems the game has.

Sound issues aren't 100% fixed indeed

Issue 6151
The audio problem (BGM stop for a moment before it loop) with RE4 is not a duplicate issue of 5825 and 6160, since those issues doesn't fix the loop problem in RE4 (RE2 & RE3 BGM are fixed and Pokemon XD is fixed too)

New guy here, I'll jump right in.
So I downloaded the latest revision of Dolphin in order to play Resident
Evil 4: Wii edition. I edited some of the textures, following some other
guide, to make the game look better and everything was fine and dandy.
Game was running relatively smoothly, and I got my Wiimote and Sensor
Bar up and running too.
However, after the first typewriter, by the time you start fighting in the
village, horrendous screeching noises occur - getting progressively
worse.
I never changed any of the settings for audio, as I didn't know what I was doing.
I tried the 3.5 release instead, which had slightly better visual performance but the audio screeching was still there.
Is there a specific revision that will fix this, or certain settings I can try/use to fix this?
Many Thanks,
DocBox

In sound settings use LLE instead of HLE

Okey dokey, I will try it now and feedback. Does it matter which of the two LLE options I use?
Once I get my Wiimote working again, I'll give it a shot.

Use LLE Recompiler.
Also to use LLE you need to dump some files from a Wii (read this thread http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-howto-getting-dsp-dumps-required-for-dsp-lle--23103 ). However a free DSP is provided in latest builds (as of 3.5-1031).
So if you wanna test LLE without dumping these files you'll have to use very latest builds. But if you wanna use Dolphin 3.5 for example you'll have to dump these files
