Can anyone confirm that the sound looping issue with RE4 is indeed fixed (with no gap) with this from the other thread?

I think I'm gonna try out completing this game again, last time I played through this I got numerous crashes with 3.0
I'm on 3.0-815 right now so I'm excited.

Oh I would LOVE to, but I have no way of Dumping my game right now and I was just asking because I do plan on playing the game on Dolphin soon and by that time I will have been able to dump my copy

But i'm glad it works now! I wanted to buy the Japanese or Asian version of Resident Evil Revival Selection but then I found out that the PS3 HD version uses PS2 poorly compressed low sample rate audio for in-game. Apparently also it was based on the PS2/PC version, dont' know how true the later is.

But my best option now is to emulate my Wii copy instead for higher resolution graphics.

I would love to compare the Wii version in HD vs the PS3 version in HD. It'd be interesting to say the least!

I still have some sound problems when using Xaudio in terms of the screeching and buzzing sounds, but the music itself hasn't had any problems playing yet. progress!

Are you using HLE? Have you tried other audio backends?

Try other audio backends with a different sample rate.

im using 3.5 but i get audio problems on both HLE and LLE xaudio. i see at the top of the thread there is sapost to be links to a build of dolphin witch im guessing fixes this issues..but the links dont work... can anyone help me?
