I don't have this issue. Sound issues can be solved with LLE but you'll have to deal with slower speed.

Some videos don't display. Unfortunately. Nothing seems to fix this.

Probably. Moreover this game is very demanding (like most of Tom Clancy's games)
EDIT: your settings look fine. You should uncheck VSync although I suppose it won't change anything here
Thanks which LLE option are you referring to? By the way also have a similar problem robotic and slow voice on Captain America.
Did you look at my configs would you change anything on it?
I have HAWX also and it runs fine but its a different type of game...

I mean LLE in sound settings. You should have a look to this thread

Captain America is as demanding as Ghost Recon (maybe more). You're likely to get the same issues indeed.

This is also a "Tom Clancy's game" but pretty light compared to Splinter Cell games, Ghost Recon games...
Thanks will have a look at that link although I checked it before looks like I would need a Wii console which I don't have but I will look into more detail I only read the first posts rather quickly.

I'll just add that LLE requires a heavy CPU (preferably overclocked). So you might have to deal with bad sound if you don't want your speed to be too low. In this game at least
Hi just wanted to ask you for a good CPU and Graphic to run this games or similar ones in terms of specs demand.
Since you said this was one of the heaviest games for the Wii it's a good pin point. I'm thinking of assembling a small leaving room PC so I want the best performance possible. Give me several choices not only one and the necessary tweaks like OC to how much, memory etc..
Thanks
Look at line 2 in my sig. 3570k is currently the best choice for Dolphin (2500k is a good alternative too).
I've just built this rig and most games work really fine (and I haven't overclocked yet

).
For GPU: 550/560/650/660 and 6870/7870 are good choices
Thanks I was thinking of getting that CPU and GPU also. But been thinking of waiting for the new Haswell processors to come out in June. But the main question is whether to set a mini PC or use the current tower and just upgrade it.
Playing Dolphin here is only possible with 1 person no room in the office for 2.
