I guess its some weird specific hardware thing, if I'm not doing anything wrong that is.
I'm going to guess that you're doing something wrong, or there's some setting issue.

Do you think you could post your settings, i think it would help, thanks.
OK, so I've
finally found out my problem with the game not being in French! It's because... there's a specific french version of this game. And it's absolutely mentioned nowhere in the entire Internet!
If I own the French game, I couldn't rip it on my PC at first. So one of my friend gave me the iso of the PAL version (don't ask me how, I don't want to know either), the one mentioned as "GIHP78". Most websites says it supports multiple languages, except German that have his own version. But as I experienced, I only have the English voices and cutscenes...
Now that I finally got back my original game, I first noticed that it got a specific model version, different from the PAL English one: DOL-GIHP-FRA, where the other one is DOL-GIHP-UKV...
Then I finally managed to rip it thanks to another friend and guess what? It's a different CD than the EU PAL one, despite what all the Internet says about being only two PAL games (GIHP78 and GIHD78). This one has the ID GIHF78.
So, you may want to put this on the Wiki page, I can't do it myself apparently.
- ID: GIHF78
- MD5 Checksum: 441d0144a8e7d6b4e791de6398206b5b
- Name: Scooby-Doo! La Nuit des 100 Frissons
Wiki updated.
GamTDB seemed to have this here...

...though with minimal details, which likely lead to us questioning it in our former review.

That GameTDB page was actually added after they made their post.
OK now I'm hitting another issue, seems to be specific on the newest development builds of Dolphin, because I didn't notice it before. May someone say if he has the same issue?
My issue is about the cutscenes. The video seems to be lagging sometimes, when the audio has no problem at all. Only the intro generic (before start screen) plays smoothly. The audio is not affected and plays normally, even if the video don't follow.
Playing the extracted cutscenes (it's Bink Video files (*.bik), can be played with VLC Media Player on PC) works flawlessly. The audio quality is even slightly better as when played in Dolphin.
Current configuration is 1080p on Vulkan, with 4x MSAA. But changing to OpenGL or D3D and 1x resolution don't resolve the problem.
I found a bug with this game. In the upper left corner of the game there is like a box. And when moving around in game you can see it. It's actually hard to describe the bug so here is a video I created showing it instead

Enabling Vertex Rounding fixes the issue. Please add this fix to the wiki and as a default setting for this game in the game.ini in future builds. Ignore the setting being in
Bold as the reason for that is because I added "VertexRounding = True" to the User Config of the game.
