That's um, what this thread is for. For problems with xenoblade.
Hey guys, I'm having constant stuttering problems in this game and the problem is actually much worse in OpenGL over Directx 11. The difference being that in OpenGL the stuttering is constant, just swinging the camera from left to right is not fluid, in some places worse than others (In the starting area when moving over the bridge for example). In Directx 11 it's much much smoother and performs very well, untill there's a new effect or when new parts of the map are loaded.
I'm using LLE with a dump I made, frame limit set to auto, XAudio2 backend. The game goes to 31fps, if I stick to 30fps it actually causes the stutter strangely enough.
I'm pretty this is the "shader cache" people are referring to. At least in Directx11. Now I'm wondering, the drive this game is installed on is pretty slow, would it help to move the Dolphin directory to an SSD drive?
Thanks
HI guys, can I have some help pls.
xenoblade stutters for me, I don't know if it's my spec or my dolphin setting.
help is appreciated.
and the screen freezes every time I change to full screen
my specs btw:
Operating System: windows 8.1 x64
Processor/CPU: intel i3-3217U 1.80GHz
Video Card/GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT720M
Memory/RAM: 4 GB
Dolphin: Dolphin-win-x64-v3.5-336
using an A450C series ASUS laptop
Your CPU is really quite weak for this. And you are using an ancient version. Update to the
latest dev version and run with all default settings, see what happens.

used 4.0-2289
got some audio stuttering, frame limit audio.
FPS usually at 22-25 at field, drops at battles though to 15-20
Yeah, your CPU is very underpowered. You don't have Turbo Boost on the i3-3217U so you're stuck with 1.8GHz as the fastest you can go. There's no getting around a weak CPU, no magic settings that'll grant you fullspeed. You'll simply need better hardware.

oh well. guess I'm stuck :p
Odd issue im having in game with the camera. Trying to use my DS3/4 controller (same issue for both) and no matter how i setup the right analog, the camera goes in a single direction for both the X and Y axis. i.e: Hold left, camera spins left. Hold right, camera spins left. Hold up camera angles up. Hold down, camera angles up.
