So i hope my game will still work as perfect as it done since now ^^ my problem is solved, thanks for help guys !
So I've come up with an interesting problem.
I'm at the endgame, everything works more or less perfectly (there's a slowdown issue once in a while, nothing that renders the game unplayable), and to save some time in item hunting, I tried activating cheats. I used the download feature to download the cheats automatically, and activated the "Change Shop Item v.5 (Classic)" cheat. Now the first time I did this I screwed up and forgot to engage the master, my fault. So I had to restart Dolphin, but now when I try to activate cheats, the system bottlenecks and it won't go. Disabling cheats gets the game working again as it was with no problem.
Now here's where things get interesting. I checked the Cheats Manager and discovered that, while 80-something cheats had downloaded initially, somehow the list self-propagated and now I have to slog through... a LOT of cheats (I went through the full list about five times before I gave up trying to deactivate the cheats I wanted, and my scroll bar was around 5% the way up). So it looks like the system is trying to push through a large number of cheats over and over again.
Now what I'd like to do is track down the file or folder containing the list of cheats and simply kill it to death. Maybe by deleting what's there and redownloading them I can get it to work right. I tried both in the program drive and the folder in the My Documents, but I couldn't find anything directly pertaining to the file or folder.
And seriously, to get the stuff I'm aiming for, I basically have to steal from an endgame miniboss with Riki for as many times as I can get away with before running away so my Tank doesn't accidentally kill the thing so it doesn't respawn. It got tedious quick. So yeah, I wouldn't hate a workaround.
EDIT: Okay, looks like I managed to figure it out on my own, though it took nearly a day of tinkering. Got the game running, the cheats working, and everything's happy.
Dolphin newbie here. I'm using the latest version and I'm getting random freezes during cutscenes.
The game plays almost perfectly with just random audio distortions every now and again.
Basically, what happens is that during random moments in cutscenes, the game freezes but the audio keeps playing. I'm forced to quit the game and restart it.
The cutscene plays normally upon reload, so its not a problem with that specific cutscene.
I've tried saving a save state and re-load it during the freeze and see what might happen, but on loading the state, the game resumes playing the audio but the image is frozen.
I'm currently scanning through the forums/google trying to see if anyone has encountered a familiar issue, but nothing.
Thanks for any help.
Ok i need help, i have the game, i have dolphin the latest built... but i get lag... it just stutters, the audio, my framerate is like 30, then 25, then 17... Im running windows 7 x64 , 6 gigs of ram, geforce 640 2 ddr3 ram... and an INTEL i-3 quad processor... i should be able to run this game.. what am i doing wrong? should i download the HD retexture pack? Also i have seen a 3-d version of the game running, with nvidia 3d compatiable screens , how is that possible?
Sounds like your computer is too weak. What is your precise CPU model? (use CPU-Z if you don't know how, show a screenshot of the main tab)
Well apperently i have 2 cores and 8 gb of ddr3 ram, and a geforce 640 with 2 gb ddr3 ram, i mean i run dark souls , grand theft auto, all the big pc games just fine, but its really dumb that i cant run this wii game :/ i understand old pcs used to run this game just fine in 2011.
I have provided a screenshot of what you asked.

PC games and emulated games are two different things. PC games are more GPU dependent while Dolphin is more CPU dependent.
Your CPU is fine for PC games but not excellent for Dolphin that may be really demanding for some games. In your case your CPU is a bit weak for Xenoblade
i dont understand tho, i cant even run the game in low res? i have an understanding that a 2011 pc could run the game smoothly.. there is no way i can run this game then?
LordVador already explained it to you. Dolphin relies heavily on the CPU for its performance most of the time. The GPU determines how high you can raise your Internal Resolution and anti-aliasing. That is to say, if your GPU is sufficient to for Dolphin (e.g. the GPU is not bottlenecking your system for your given IR and AA settings), then the rest of your performance is chiefly on the CPU.

At any rate, your CPU should be able to run this game mostly at fullspeed (at least on 4.0) since my i5-2500K at 3.3GHz can do it. Post your Dolphin settings. We can't do anything without knowing how you've configured Dolphin.
Thanks for trying to help guys

And i guess i should invest in a new processor then

Anyways i have provided my settings, hopefully i can get a solution to my problem, this really is an awesome game!
