BTW its pretty normal to get some short pauses and framedrops after you start the game on a new version since the emulator needs to create a shadercache for the game this happens everytime it caches a new shader and shouldn`t happen from there on so maybe thats what happend here.
Just to be sure you did install the newest Directx and updated your AMD drivers?
Yes I have the newest DX and AMD drivers. AMD drivers are up to date since yesterday Wink
I tried the shader cache but still no luck. I also don't think this has to do with the shaders.
I made a video showing the fps drop! For your viewing pleasure: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKpn2kiSpaA
Up to 1:31 I consider this normal lagging on loading and stuff, nothing big, just usual drops. But right around 1:31 the framerate drops way WAY too low. Listen for the music!
And no... my video caputre software isn't the one interferring. This is how it behaves every time Wink
Uh dunno my PC is very similiar but it doesnt behave like that maybe you should just
reinstall your OS if you didnt do that in a while, Windows gathers a lot of trash over time and its a good idea to reinstall it if strange stuff starts to happen....

Hello, I am having a problems the game. The first problem: when I rotate the screen, the screen goes black with audio. Is there a way to fix this? I don't know if I should a different Dolphin build. Right now I am using 4.0.2. The second problem: when I load the HD Texture pack, words become garbled and it appears messed up.

Here are my PC specs:
Memory: 2x4 GB
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-3570K CPU @ 3.4GHz

Any help would be appreciated.
Dunno about your issue with the black screen (post your graphical settings from Dolphin as screenshots for us). HD textures with the Direct3D11 backend (just called DirectX in the latest development revisions) has known issues with HD textures. The recommended solution is to use OpenGL instead, as it seems to be free of any problems displaying HD textures. If you do use OpenGL, it might solve your black screen issue, possibly. It's worth a shot at any rate. Be sure to check the Vertex Streaming Hack when using OpenGL (Graphics -> Hacks) for an extra speed boost, in case you need it.

I have attached my dolphin setup and also two screen shots of the game.

Here, read through this *whole* thread where someone else had the exact same issue: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-do-you-have-add-dolphin-to-nvidia-control-panel

This is a pretty common issue, so I think I'm just gonna link people to that thread from now on.
@rusty shackleford - Don't disable EFB Copies. Many games need it for render to texture effects iirc. Also, change EFB Copies to Texture instead of RAM. Unless you care about the little save screenshot the game makes when loading your saved games, EFB to RAM doesn't affect much else. OpenMP and Cache Display lists may be placebo speed-ups depending on your setup; I leave them disabled moat of the time and run this game with no speed issues. External Frame Buffer (XFB) should be disabled though (the one at the bottom, not to be confused with the Embedded Frame Buffer at the top). Again, for proper HD textures, make sure you use OpenGL. Hope that works for you.

Thank you very much. I am able to play the game without the black screen.
Hey guys , i have finally found how to solve my problem with the little cut in the audio , in the new dolphin version 4.0/4.1/4.2 there is an option on the framerate , you just have to set it on "audio" and all run well Big Grin

Thanks and sorry for my english again Undecided
I seem to be having a strange problem with the game. When I approach an enemy, a red circle appears and the word caution appears in the two corners, however the battle won't begin and I am stuck running out doing nothing. The enemies don't attack either. Any ideas as to what is wrong? Configuration problem perhaps? I tried this using 4.0-561 and the latest official build and both produce the same problem.

Here are some core settings:
Direct3D for graphics
EFB copy set to RAM.
DSP set to HLE

Not sure if any other settings are relevant so feel free to ask.

I've been playing this game for about 5hrs (in Tephra Cave), and now I'm experiencing random hard crashes in battle (as in my PC reboots). Below are my config settings

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
