When I enable one, the game doesn't start and Dolphin pretty much just freeze there.
Some cheats don't work. Such is life. Fwiw, it happens in numerous other games, not just XBC.
Changing the Systemlanguage worked.

Yeah, I currently use -145 as it works pretty good with XBC. Newer versions also had the described issue. Should have mentioned what I tested on.
From version 3.5 the sound is crackling, the older version works perfect with HLE patch.
Sound is almost perfect with latest builds. Patch is no more needed. And LLE can be avoided

With latest Dolphin - new HLE , if you don't run game at full speed all the time , you will have choppy audio

You should fill your PC specs in your profile or sig . Maybe your PC is not fast enough to run this game full speed all the time

You mentioned 3.5 in your other post. If you were talking about the stable release it's somehow normal since sound issues have been fixed since 3.5-1154 only

You didn't say which build you were using. 3.5 or 3.5-XXXX?
i have now tested version 3.5-1154, and this version has the same problem like the other 3.5-xxxx version. For me works only the old 3.0 version with HLE patch i dont know why
