Remember kids, if you get un explanable issues, be sure to remake your image, because 9/10 it might be the problem.

This is the first place I saw, so could someone tell me how to make a freaking post? I dont see a button to do it.
You're not allowed to make new threads in the GC/Wii sections, because each game already has its own thread. If you want support on a specific game, search for that game's existing thread and post a reply. If you want to make a new thread that isn't about a specific game, go to one of the other sections, depending upon your question.
Cleared the game(112 hours)yesterday while using only 4.0-5420(OpenGL)...no problems nor slow downs

what settings though.. you had no stutter when entering battles to start with??
Using Ishiruka version, My Xenoblade PAL version freezes on Reading Disc. In the Emulator show Japanese Flag, but in properties, show PAL version
I'm using the official and are you using vsync
If vsync is enabled, when you start the game,it will run at extremely low speed I think only during that time
I rarely got stuttering and my settings are not something special(I also don't use dual core mode)

This is correct. Try using Virtual XFB to avoid the problem.
