Is this something known or it's just here?
I don't know if this happens only at the beginning of the game(when you load the image)but if vsync is enabled,the game will run at extremely low speed during the "Read Disk" part.
If I disable vsync,the game at that point is running at above 2000fps(then the "Read Disk" part disappear MUCH faster)and then goes down to 30fps and continue to work normally.
My monitor refresh rate is set to 60hz
I'm using 4.0-5954 but I also tried the latest
Yeah, the game uses an unlimited framerate during that part for some reason, which is a problem for vsync. There's not much that can be done about it other than temporarily disabling vsync.

Usually the unlimited framerate issue is fixed by using virtual xfb, don't know whether it should be enabled by default just for this though.
I am currently trying to play xenoblade chronicles but whenever I get past the first cut scene I fall through the map. x( I have the latest dolphin I even tried the latest stable dolphin. I also tried it with and without the texture pack. Please Help ;-;

If i remember an old issue report similar to this correctly it was due to a bad game dump. What is the size of your xenoblade iso?
Can I ask questions about Xenoblade on the wii here or is it only for dolphin?

Right so, had some save issue's and got some from online and now I notice a shadow in the back ground when playing. A box on the upper and lower part of the screen and a horizontal line between them. Started a new game and their even in the intro cinematics now. Any ideas?
Uh, maybe I shouldn't have said that, so this is happening on a real console?
