Ta Daa!
Randomly get 3 video thumbnails every time you access or refresh the page...
So should I remove some videos?
Just leave it like that
The more the merrier xD

No, add more if you find! The new code randomly select only 3 of them to show as thumbnails because embedding all of them caused slowdowns when loading page, due the high number of calls to the crappy flash plugin...
Okay, I'll look for more vids Smile

Hey all,

Following all information available, things were running great for the past few days. 30FPS, no sound stutter, 1-2 fps drops here or there in a fight but overall awesome.

Then I got to the Mechon invasion of Colony 9 and shit hit the fan...

Fighting Mechon immediately drops my FPS to 25 with accompanied sound stutter. It seems to only occur when fighting Mechon (it happened in the intro sequence too). Fighting any other enemies has no effect.

I've tried enabling Accurate VBeam Emulation but that results in an immediate drop to 15FPS. Sound is perfect, but FPS gets locked to 15.

Here are my settings:
GENERAL
Framelimit = AUDIO
Limit by FPS ON
JIT Recompiler
Lock Threads to Cores ON

GRAPHICS
Direct3D 11 - 4x Native resolution, Anti-Aliasing NONE, AS 16x
Scaled EFB Copy ON
Per-pixel lighting ON
Skip EFB Access from CPU ON
EFB Copies RAM w/ Enable Cache ON
Texture Cache Accuracy - FAST
XFB DISABLED
Disable Per-Pixel Depth ON
OpenMP Texture Decoder ON

DSP
DSP LLE recompiler
DSP LLE on Thread
Audio Backend = XAudio2

In Xenoblade properties
Enable Dual Core ON
Enable Idle Skipping OFF
Accurate VBeam Emulation ON (see note above about 15fps, this is the last setting I used)
Speed up Disc Transfer Rate ON
Enable Block Merging ON

I'm using the PAL version with the 30FPS patch applied

Thanks in advance for any insight!

EDIT: Forgot to add my PC info...

Operating System: Windows 7 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel i7-870 (2.93ghz OC @4.01ghz)
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GTX 580 OC @ 904/1025
Memory/RAM: 8GB G.Skill DDR3-1600
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 3.0-813 x64

EDIT 2: After some more tinkering here's some additional information...

Accurate VBeam w/ Idle Skipping OFF does in fact fix my FPS dipping but I get my fps maxed at 15fps as mentioned above. Here's the deal with that...

Framelimiter AUDIO gives me the 15fps lock as mentioned.
Framelimiter 30 limit by FPS gives me correct FPS, however audio is DOUBLE-TIME ONLY WHEN Z-targeting an enemy/in combat. That's right, I can cancel my Z-lock and the audio immediately goes back to being correct.
Switching to DSP HLE fixes this issue (i.e. everything runs perfectly), however I of course run into the HLE freeze bug.

Am I just going to have to run an HLE-patched version of Dolphin to get this working how I want?

Same problem here, sound with LLE and framelimit 30 and checked "limit by fps" works not correct

hey, i'm new to all of this, and i got the emulation working at 30 FPS pretty consistently, however i was at a slow spot and afraid of a crash so i save the game and turned it off, now when i load the game it slows down to 10 FPS and i can't fix it, but when i try a new game it runs perfectly again, is there anything i can do please?
Specs, settings, and Dolphin version please. "intel inside i7 quad core" doesn't count.
