It used to. With old versions of Dolphin (have a look to the beginning of the thread). Maybe a bug with recent ones.

Wrong idea. Cause this is a very good game Big Grin
I know its a good game. And I love rpgs and I like lord of the rings. I just want this game to work on the latest builds of dolphin. I tested 4.0 it crashes like its been doing for me, but then I tested 4.0-224 and it works perfectly.
Many of the devs don't read the forums, so if you want someone to look at it, you should find out in what build it stopped working and file an issue on the issue tracker.
It runs fine for me. You have to use LLE, though.

I am using LLE. Besides LLE is used for the crashing in the cut scenes, and am not having that problem anyway. Am crashing when roaming around.
Use the latest dev build, don't use 5.0 RC

Big Grin Yayy its working now. Finally!! It works on 4.0-7147 perfectly. Thanks! Anybody know which build this issue was fixed on, I have have to know.
I don't know but I sure hope they fix this in the final 5.0 release.
Still screwed up in 5.0-rc8, what kind of shitty stable release is this gonna be I wonder? It crashes after a minute of gameplay like the others have mentioned and lags horribly before that anyway.

Works better on 4.0-7304, but still the videos are not playing full speed. Very disappointing, I would expect an i3 @ 3.7ghz with an 750Ti to work fullspeed for this game at 2x native.

EDIT: Switched to Direct3D, which is faster but videos are still not playing fullspeed. They are choppy.
I know in the wiki it says something about using file to change disks, but there is no file option in ubuntu when a game is running. Can someone do screen shots of this or explain better? The game worked from 100-69% except during scenes like the balrog's fire attack, but no major lag, just the inster disk 2 message. there was no save option before it said insert disk 2. when i stopped the emulation and clicked disk 2 it started, and recogniised my file but said insert disk 1 on starting it.

BalrogDaddy

I have a question concerning the Coop capabillites. How would one setup Netplay to allow online coop with a friend? We tried to figure it out a couple weeks ago, but after we started the game, we just got a black screen.
