Newer revisions improve on accuracy and it's expected the game might become more demanding.

The sound is choppy because you can't run the game full-speed
Some help please?
I was playing this game a while ago, and when I reach about chapter 10 and later, suspending and trying to load the suspended savegame crashes Dolphin for no reason. It just displays black screen with 0 FPS and 60 VPS with no error report. I'm forced to use save states instead.
After about chapter 19, the crashes were getting worse. Trying to load even a non-suspended savegame crashes the game completely Sad. Apparently the game doesn't crash if you saved the game while you're in the base. It just loads like normal. Now, at chapter 27, loading a savegame in the base works, but opening some options option crashes Dolphin (black screen, just like before.). Making it impossible to complete the game. When opening a conversation, the game shows the background, but the character sprites and the conversation text don't. The game freezes here, too. I'm using Dolphin 4.0 x86. I tried using Dolphin 4.0.2, but it still crashes. I also noticed strange, moving pixels in the snow terrain, and i don't know how to fix them.

EDIT : I tried backtracking to the stable version of Dolphin 3.5 and the game works fine. The crashes are no more, so I use version 3.5 to play.
EDIT AGAIN : Apparently the crashes are triggered by the "Speed up Disc Transfer Rate" option in the Game-Specific settings. The game works perfectly if this is disabled.

Hei

[Minor Bug] I'm using the latest stable version of Dophin on Windows 8 (4.0.2) and the character's during dialogue have squares on their faces. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to wait for the update?
Try using 1x Internal Resolution in the graphics settings menu.

Disable texture filtering and/or anisotropic filtering.

I never enabled them in the first place.
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but I didn't see any cheats/action replay forums.

Is it possible to get the support modifier codes to work with dolphin? If I try to use them then I get the error "This action replay simulator does not support codes that modify Action Replay itself."

Exact codes can be found here

Using Dolphin 4.0-1054
If it's a missing feature in dolphin, then you can either make an issue report on the issue tracker (if one doesn't already exist) or ask in the support forum if there is a way to make them work.

Other than that, I really don't know.
