Bowling seems to crash Dolphin on 3.5. Worked fine on 3.0

On version 4.0, it seems to hang when setting up the sword play. I get to the player select screenand it just won't let me do anything. The background and music still seem to play.

Hi, I'm trying to play Wii Sports Resort using 2 original RVL-CNT-01-TR Wiimotes but all i get is the following.
It seams that the build-in Motion Plus is'nt recognized. Is there any workaround for this?
The Wiimotes are working correctly in other games.
Wii Sports Resort is the only motion plus game I own, so i can't try it with other motion plus games
I'm using the latest dolphin version 4.02.

I had the same issue with that build on all my Motion Plus games (Wii Sports Resort, Wii Play Motion etc). The latest development build doesn't seem to suffer from the issue.

EDIT: I managed to solve my problem by deleting the whole documents/dolphin/ folder. Strange but now everything works fine for me.

Hey, I was having the same problem as superbub. Moving the entire Dolphin Emulator folder did fix it, but did not want to lose all my saves and configuration, so I compared the two directories and moved files around until I found the culprit:
Wii/title/00010000/525a5445/Sports2.dat
Something was wrong with this file in my old Dolphin installation. When I ran the game on a new Dolphin installation, it worked and created a different version of this file. Replacing the old Sports2.dat with the new one fixed my old Dolphin installation too.
Edit: actually this didn't work. I am still trying to fix this problem.
Edit 2: I found the offending file! Config/WiimoteNew.ini
Even though my settings looked identical in the GUI between the two installations, my config files seemed to still have something wrong. This was my invalid WiimoteNew.ini:
[Wiimote1]
Source = 2
Device = DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse
Extension = Nunchuk
Options/Background Input = 1.000000
[Wiimote2]
Source = 0
Device = DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse
Buttons/Home = RETURN
IR/Up = Cursor Y-
IR/Down = Cursor Y+
IR/Left = Cursor X-
IR/Right = Cursor X+

Buttons/B = Click 1
Buttons/1 = 1

Delete this file and everything will work! Obviously, after editing this file, you will have to change the settings to 'Real Wiimote' again.

Anyone else having an issue with Wiimotes disconnecting? If I have 3 connected they work perfectly. However, if I play a two player game the third Wiimote disconnects from Dolphin (though it will stay connected via bluetooth to my computer) and will not reconnect. I have Enable Speaker Data disabled.
