For the Skrimir's army scene, well, I skipped it Big Grin or you can use DSP LLE to prevent it anyway.
Ah - maybe if I use DSP LLE it will stop crashing for Rafiel too... It crashed with Reyson earlier Sad

Edit: Ha wow, it looks like each character has like 15 skill slots... Not sure how it works yet...

Edit2: Figured it out! I think... Some stuff works, anyway:

Edit3: Looks like I was talking crap about some slots not being visible, so edited that out...

Edit4: Missed some skills.

Edit5: Ugh. Looks like after every level-up it checks that your skills are under capacity. So if you are over-allocating, use the second lines to make the skills free.

I found some more cool stuff:

I've been using the latest version of Dolphin 4.0.2 with no problem except in some slight lag in 3D graphics scenes like in Baten Kaitos (which is almost unplayable) and Radiant Dawn (which I've played with 40 fps / 70% speed painstakingly). I'm using a tablet that isn't really for gaming. When I managed to boot up my real gaming laptop, it ran it perfectly well but unfortunately, that laptop died again.

So I'm back with the tablet. The specs can be seen in my profile. My problem/question now is I just tried the older version of Dolphin, Dolphin 3.5 and it ran Radiant Dawn in full speed, but it crashes from time to time. I could live with the occasional crash (I'm that dedicated) but I was wondering if there would be a better solution for this. Like if I could actually run 4.0.2 in full speed too. I thought it was because my tablet couldn't handle the game and yet it's running perfectly fine with the old version.

I'm using the default best settings for 4.0.2 but with the Direct349 backend graphics and checked all the Other options in hacks. Didn't really ouch the settings for Dolphin 3.5 except changing its audio to XAudio2.
Newer versions of the emulator are more accurate (fixes crashes, bugs, and other issues) but being accurate can make some games slower.

Hey so, im pretty new to Dolphin and ive been playing FE PoR and RD. Didnt run into too many problems with PoR that couldnt be fixed by turning off the Multiple cores option.
With RD im running into an error where the Screen goes black after deploying from base and crashes\FPS drops to 0. I've fiddled with the settings but cant get anything to work.

UPDATE: OK so i tried the game on an older version of Dolphin and it worked but is there a way to Export the save back to the newer version of Dolphin or no?

I was on Version 4.0.1 then downgraded to 3.5

Just finished Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance with zero issues. I load up Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and all goes well until I try to initiate combat. Edward moves to engage the bandit, choose attack and...
Screen goes black and sound softly ghkkkkkkkk. Every time.
It may run slower, but please try disabling dualcore.

Tried this just now. Does the same black screen thing.

I have an i7-4770K CPU, a GTX 770 video card and 16 GB of ram, if that helps.

Running version 4.02

Enable Idle Skipping is checked, framelimit 60, JIT Recompiler, DSP LLE recompiler (ripped from my Wii, not the default emulated one), Use EuRGB60 Mode checked.

Scaled EFB Copy, Per-Pixel Lighting and Ignore Format Changes are checked. EFB Copies set to RAM. Texture Cache accuracy set to Safe. External Frame Buffer disabled. Fast Depth Calculation checked.

Gone through every setting I could think of, even redumped the game.

Edward attacks-->black screen.
Micaiah attacks-->black screen.
Both wait-->black screen when enemy attacks.
