Alventenie

Hello,

I am having trouble getting this game to run over 70% during the battle phases. In menu's i get around 90% and cutscenes between 80-85%.

I have tried changing all my settings to performance only from the FAQ thread for boosting CPU/GPU to High performance but it still only gives me a 5-8% increase in performance.

Is my CPU just not strong enough to run this game properly since this is for the Wii?

Specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom 2 X6 1055T 2.8GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

As a side note I found an answer to my sound issue of skipping in one of the support threads so the game is at least playable for me now, but I would like to run it at 100% if my computer can handle it. I ran Path of Radiance from the GameCube at 100% but it was less demanding.

Thanks in advance for any tips if my computer can run it =).
If changing settings for performance doesn't help there are two things you could try, overclocking your cpu or using an old dolphin version hoping for better performance. This game is demanding unlike it's gamecube counterpart.
Hi all,

My laptop is Vostro 3450, i5 2430, 8G Ram, Intel HD Graphics. I tried dolphin 3.5 and 4.0 but performance is very slow (FPS 12, VPS 12).
So, that's normal with my laptop strength? If not, please help me configure to increase the performance.

Thank you soooooo much.
Well, that hardware is not really impressive. Have you tried 1x IR with no AA? Also it doesnt look like this game requires LLE or EFB to RAM, so ensure you are using HLE and EFB to Texture.

@haddockd: "1xIR with no AA" I dont see it in config. Show me some guide, please.
For EFB: I see in Graphics config/Enhancement, option "Scaled EFB copy" is checked, thats ok?

Thank you
Of course. Just open Dolphin and click the Graphics button in the toolbar. Then follow these 2 screenshots.

@haddockd, LordVador: thank both of you. These config are default on my dolphin. However, my laptop is not strong enough to play this game Sad
Regards
You might try to use an older version of Dolphin (less reliable but faster). This game isn't that demanding
