Seems it was caused by having certain AR Code cheats activated. Disabling them fixed it.
I couldn't get any of the action replay codes to work. Is there any work around or fix for this?

Name yourself 10000K making you have infinite money just enter and exit shop for whatever you want, remembered this from when the game came out
I'm running into this game being locked at 15 FPS on both my PC and Pixel 3 Android version of Dolphin. Has there been a regression?
I just got this one. In order to get 60 fps you have to do two things:
- Use the 60 hz code from the wiki
- Overclock the CPU to 400%
That should get you to 60 fps.
Well i gotta Problem with the AR codes too.
I just can't get 60FPS.
every code is working except the 60fps code.
Can run it on 200% then it does 60 FPS but thats not what i want.
I absolutely tried ANYTHING...
Actually it runs very well on Vulkan with speed up disc readings i have no stuttering on Audio or somehting else
