As of dolphin-master-5.0-7982-x64 Sonic Heroes requires "GPU Texture Decoding" in order to fix the depth issue.

Edit: Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and Eternal Darkness has the same depth issue.

Is widescreen hack being used in all those pictures?

Yes, even for Eternal Darkness, forgot to disable in that game since I was using it on all Sonic Games when I was testing.

The issue happens in all Backends.
Can anyone with the PAL version comment on...

"Controller Issues

In the multiplayer modes of Sonic Heroes, buttons will act like they were being rapidly pressed in "auto fire" manner, even though they were simply being pressed and held, making it uncomfortable to play. This applies to stick movement as well. On PAL versions of the game, this also happens in the single player, making the game totally unplayable."

This was inconclusively fixed by 4.0-8586, and I'd like to close out this pre-5.0 issue report if we can.

Bumping this because all Special Stages after Power Plant's crash for me. This happens regardless of whether or not I have Dual Core enabled.
Has anybody successfully emulated all special stages to completion? And in what version of Dolphin?
