Hmm. When I have Fraps up, the flickering almost stops.
BTW, not sure if this is supposed to happen, but the video keeps on stopping itself. I press F9 to record and seconds later, the FPS goes back to Yellow. (It's shorter than 30 seconds and more like 5)

Is there any Fix for it on Android, Nvidia Shield TV, I am having alot of flickering when game starts, it works fine when in menu, but once i start real game it flickers alot.

how do you turn on via ini file ? i am having strange issue, as soon as i click on enhancement, dolphin app crashes. can't make anymore changes.

I had that issue too. You need to uninstall Dolphin and reinstall it to fix that.
