Ok, lets sum this so we can add a note in the wiki (and perhaps open a new issue): in PAL version of this game, you'll always get flickering unless you hold B and set refresh rate to 60Hz?
Did you guys test in the latest development version, without opening Graphics config dialog while running the game?
I'm using the NTSC version and the latest version don't have controller support.

The NTSC version works fine here, post a video of the flickering and your settings.

Disable cheats and post a video.
I disabled the cheats, but it still flickers. Am I supposed to upload the .DTM file?

Actually a youtube video, so we can see the issue as you experience it. I can't replicate it locally.

I don't really know how to record videos using the in built recording and send it to Youtube. It's an odd format anyway.
