Enable idle skipping-on
Framelimit 60
Jit recompiler
DSP HLE emulation

AA none
Filtering 1x
Scaled EFB copy on
EFBcopies texture
Try these speed settings. Not sure but this game might be just as demanding as it's predecessor, WWE '12, in which case you'll simply need better hardware to run it at good speeds.

EDIT: I changed your thread title btw. Apparently the boards can't handle anything longer than 85 characters.

same thing even i use these settings you provided
Overclock your CPU as high as possible and use the official Dolphin 3.0 release.

This should help you a lot.
As Shonumi said WWE '12 and WWE '13 are very demanding games. You need a powerful system to run them at decent speed
Yo, but an overclocked AMD Phenom II X6 should be able to handle this game at decent speed, not fullspeed though, but the game should be playable. But the OP has to overclock his CPU pretty high.
I'm getting about 40+ fps on the exhibition modes, but universe mode and attitude era seems to lock at 16 or 17 fps, showing 55-60% speed ... dunno why ... I'm using r6298

My specs:

Processor/CPU: Intel i7 Q740
Video Card/GPU: Geforce GTX 260M 1GB
Memory/RAM: 6 GB
Yeah, your CPU is too slow -> http://ark.intel.com/products/49024/Intel-Core-i7-740QM-Processor-6M-cache-1_73-GHz

There's nothing you can really do.
haha thanks ... i guess that cleared it Big Grin

*quick edit*

any specific reason for it to lock at 16 or 17fps in those modes ?
you're welcome Smile

Anyway, if you really want to play this game in Dolphin, you should buy a powerful desktop PC Wink (with Core i5-3570k and a decent GPU)
