Your computer may not be fast enough to handle safe-texture hashing perhaps? Instead of using purely safe, maybe you can change it to a higher number in the game INI (2048? 1024?) to get rid of the texture glitches without hashing the whole texture. It should be 0 right now; which actually means hash the whole texture, while fast is 128, and medium is 512.

Here are my computer's specs.
Amd FX 9590 4.9 GHZ
20 GB DDR3 1866 Ram
GeForce 780ti 3GB
Windows 10
I can run any other game with safe texture hashing, and it is only one part of Storm Eagle's stage where my fps drops from 60 fps to 30 fps. When I pause it goes right back up to 60. I will try your suggestion though and see what happens. I will be getting a new video card soon.
Thanks,
Dustin

Did you get this issue if not, what were your settings if you don't mind me asking. I can fix the problem by switching my texture accuracy to fast instead of safe but then I get graphical glitches. Any advice?
Thanks
Dustin
Hey Dustin. I don't change any settings to run the game. Dolphins default ini file has worked fine for me for months with no lag. You are on a current build of Dolphin correct?
I am on build 5.0-1296.. I changed the .ini file to 1024 and it works.. I am no going to worry too much about it though because I will be getting a new video card in a few months. Also like I said the lag is only in part of Storm Eagle's stage.
I am Having the environmental lag on many levels and games on the X collection and have tried all of these solutions and i can't fix it
Your profile says you're using 5.0 stable. Do these issues still happen in the latest dev build of Dolphin?
Set the texture cache to safe
