Tried most of the last betas and stable releases they all still freeze after some time.

Well you shoudn't get freezes anymore with recent versions of Dolphin.
Are these random freezes or in some specific parts of the game? What versions of the emulator are you exactly using? Give us more details

its easy to test cause it will always freeze after a short while with the framerate unlocked or while making a savestate.

Well, now that you mention it, I remember getting random freezes (more like the game would lock up, music and idle animations would still run, but it everything "froze" when it was Vyse's turn to attack) when I pressed Tab a lot to temporarily disable the frame limit (because most battles are slow...)
In the case of disabling the framelimit, you are forcing Dolphin to emulate the game in a way the game was never designed to run, so it's not surprising that this issue crops up. But in a perfect emulator, going turbo like that shouldn't affect anything that needs to be synced properly to continue emulation. Ideally save states should just work too, but they're still not perfect, even outside of this game.

Seems to be a fifo issue, since single core or gpu sync fix it here.

Huh, that's weird. I played this game for a few hours on dolphin without any special settings and didn't run into any issues whatsoever with freezing or crashing. Does it only happen during abnormal framerates?
