I need a saved game before Galcian Final Battle, can you help me please?

I have seen it but I have realized that there are .gci but the memory of dolphin emulator for gamecube is a .raw file. How could I get work?

Go into Tools menu. Choose MC Manager. Browse to find your MC. Then import your .gci file
so is there any way to fix black textures on DX11?

Nope. The D3D11 backend needs different (and as of yet unknown) values for the projection hack. There's an issue for SoA regarding the projection hack even being necessary, so hopefully it will get fixed one of these days. Until then you'll have to use D3D9 or OpenGL.
Is there a project to replace this game's music with the Dreamcast version?

The quality of music in the Dreamcast version is better.
