oh, lol, thought it was a glitch.
You mean this? http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997757-goldeneye-007/56999922
There is nothing to "fix" only to break since that is how the game was made, to focus on the gun while reloading.
turns out the backup was duff, make a new one and now the sound works in the videos.
i found a fix for the corruption when reloading. efb copies to ram and texture cache to safe, no fps drop or glitches

just tried the game with FOG off as i didn't know what it did, ha, removes the glow/bloom/texture blur and reload blur.
everything is so much easier on the eyes now, and the fps smoothed out and the input lag is gone.
This game still requires me to completely disable the Wii-mote OR the GC controller, because otherwise the controls don't work properly (you can't press the B button to open the first door you encounter). Disabling the Wiimote using the shortcut (alt-F5) doesn't resolve the issue.
Disabling the Wiimotes & all player 2 controls through the ini file doesn't solve the issue:
[Controls]
WiimoteSource0 = 0
WiimoteSource1 = 0
PadType1 = 0
Is there a fix available?

Do you have other controllers connected except the above? The ini files above seem correct, the problem lies elsewhere. Do you use the latest dev?
I use Ishiiruka build 268. I will try it with master as well, but seems weird to be a Ishiiruka-only problem..?
All other buttons work fine, though when have to open the first door (with the B button) it doesn't respond.
EDIT: fixed it, was all about a wrong button config (duh)
Playing Goldeneye again with wiimote and nunchuck is like pure heaven!
Runs without problems on my Intel HD4600 on native resolution with "Fog Off". Thank you Dolphin!!!
Don't know if this is the right place to ask this but i will give it a try:
Is it still possible to play Goldeneye using a Wii? I've read that cross-platform play (pc and wii) is possible but i can't get my wii to join an online game.
Do i need to change my DNS-settings? Allready did the things needed to get online with my wii
It would be nice to get some "old friends" back online who still have a wii but don't have a pc capable of running Dolphin.
Thanks!
Anyone who can give me a jump start on getting my wii online/ on the Dolphin server?
If there's any "legal issues" in this question, please let me know
There is no Dolphin server that you can connect your Wii to. If you want to play online with your Wii, you need to find a server somewhere else. I don't know if there are any for this game.
Apparently there are still servers running for this game, according to this link:

Yes, you can play this online. it uses Activision's servers, not the defunct Nintendo servers. And yes, there are lots of online players every day so you will have lots of fun playing it.
As for the comments that you can't play any Wii games online, that's ridiculous. In fact, most of the Wii games still work online except those games that were Nintendo based.
And if you want to play the Nintendo games online like Animal Crossing or Super Smash Bros or Mario Kart you can install Homebrew on your Wii and then patch the games to use the Wiimmfi servers. So, you can still play almost every game online even now. Check out Microwavesam on Youtube to see how to install Wii homebrew easily and Google Wiimmfi for info on that
I play Goldeneye 007 a couple of times a week and I also play Call of Duty Black Ops online a lot as well.

I'm not really sure how you would do it, but it may be possible.
