I would like to know what is the best version of dolphin to play, if any one that does not have audio problems..... exist ?

Stable versions (3.0 and 3.5) are just fine.

Not really.
Sound issues have been partially fixed in recent builds (with new AX-HLE).
The other solution is to use LLE but you'll need a powerful CPU and sound won't be 100% perfect anyway

I will say LLE but I haven't played the game enough with AX-HLE so I can't really judge.

With that processor you should have a look to LLE/AX-HLE (both require a good CPU):
- for LLE you'll have to read this first http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-howto-getting-dsp-dumps-required-for-dsp-lle--23103 .
- for AX-HLE just use a recent build (3.5-XXX). It's been merged to Master branch http://dolphin-emu.org/download/
