So.. I re-installe the dolphin x64 (last build) in my computer. i try with default settings. and i have problems !

In the first sand ocean race (first cup , race 3) the race is in slow motion mode ... (50 slower) and the race just after => CRASH of dolphin ..

What the fuck is wrong with this ? Sad
Thanks for the replies Lordvadar and DevenderX...good posts!

Quick question....does vsync still crash the game? How does it run with v-sync now?

Don't know. To be honest I rarely use vsync Tongue
Nobody have the same issue like me ? (first races is really good but in ocean... slow and crash ? )
It seems to be possible to access a complete version of F-Zero AX from within F-Zero GX by adding some lines of AR code to game properties:

Maybe this way F-Zero GX will also provide access to additional tracks.

My preferred version of Dolphin to run F-Zero GX is the hashless branch of dolphin, however unstable development versions are recommended for experts and developers only.

Crashes are due to EFB to RAM. You have to select "Texture" in your settings AND in .ini file (User/GameConfig).

Slowness in Sand Ocean is normal. This race tends to be slower

Really? Interesting. I'll have to test that Big Grin

Check "Skip EFB access from CPU" in the Hacks tab as for the crashes... it keeps happening to me too it's probably Dual Cores fault.
With dual core it's WAY more stable now, you can get some rare freezes but using quick saves after each race will be enough. I managed to finish a few cups in a row without a single freeze, but still it's better to save after each race.
Maybe it's just me, but I cannot get a steady 60fps with this game at all. My Radeon 7950 and my 3770k should be more than enough for this...I don't even have any enhancements on and the internal resolution at default. What are the best options to get this game going? Yes, I've read the thread but it's quite confusing because there's so much to do and the wiki settings still has my game running like crap.
Overclock your CPU.
