Just wanted to say that the old Sand Ocean effect slowdown has been fixed in some development build after 5.0 Smile It now runs consistently at 60fps nearly everytime on every track Big Grin

Are you sure your ISO isn't corrupt or something? That's not a good message to be seeing right away.

It worked the first time, so I suppose it is ok !
For some reason the game is unplayable here, the graphics and camera are messed up. I can navigate through menus, but upon starting a race the game is unplayable. Refer to the attached image. Specs are in my signature. I'm using Dolphin 5.0-5044-x64. Is my ISO broken or corrupted?
Seems like you have the same problem as this guy who worked out that "Enable FPRF" needs to be checked in the game properties.
The Sand Ocean bug is back, along with some weird aspect ratio glitching with the menus when activating the in-game widescreen option. Using Dev build 5.0-5053, but has existed since Ubershaders build first dropped (I think).

Ubershaders themselves are working nicely Smile

It's fixed now, thanks!
Sand Ocean crawls to 16FPS for me and I tried disabling Dual-Core but it crashes. Enabling FPRF seems to do nothing. Can anybody help me?

It is a known issue that this stage slows down compared to all other areas of the game.  Your choices to be able to run it full speed are either using the Vulkan back-end or the Ishiiruka build.
