The speedhack does work; if you want to file a bug report for it, please do, I'd be interested in seeing wtf is going on anyway.
Without Speedhack = Broken Camera, Cars instantly despawn
With Speedhack = Everything works
With Full MMU = Everything works.
No noticeable difference between using the Speedhack and FullMMU except the speed of emulation.
I submitted the error report.

Is there anyway currently to make the game not crash every three seconds without the syncronised GPU setting on? That would make the game so much more playable for me.

Well, yes, there's the Ishiiruka build, just pick the 64bit build under "Latest":
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-testing-needed-ishiiruka-dolphin
Then, in the graphics settings, enable Predictive FIFO + Wait for Shader + Full Async Shader Compilation.
Just keep in mind that the Ishiiruka is an unofficial build so if you're having issues with it, don't expect support in the forums (except in the Ishiiruka thread).
StripTheSoul: You recommendation has no sense: Wait for Shader is the opposite to Full Async Shader Compilation (i ve programmed both options) You can use Full Async Shader Compilation only or Full Async Shader Compilation + Predictive FIFO OR only Wait for Shader. The 3 options can prevent the loop reset, 1 and 2 are for reduce shader stutering and use Wait for Shader if you still having reset loops but this option not help with stuttering. But never the 3 options and the same time.
BTW: If you recommend ishiruka in the forums maybe will have problems with the moderators heheh

Well, just Full Async Shader C. doesn't get rid of the game resets for me. But yeah, maybe just use the other two options then.
Yeah, that's why I added it's an unofficial build and he shouldn't ask for support for it here. And it's the only thing that'll really help him if the Sync GPU setting makes things too slow for him.
I'm trying to replay this incredible game but I can't make it playable, my CPU it's a 4930k @4.4 and an AMD 290, I think I have a good HW for the emulation (I played other games like Xenboblade or Mario Galaxy at full speed) but this game it tough.
Can anyone suggest me a version or configuration to make it playable? I don't care if it has any graphical errors, if the game runs well I'm satisfied.
Sorry for my poor English

Disable Synchronize GPU Thread
Use Direct3D backend.
I get stable 60 FPS with these settings. (Dolphin 4.0-3599-x64)
I call BS. It won't run properly with both MMU options disabled.
It's obviously some kind of mistake with the INIs. The game literally can't work without the MMU speedhack enabled.
