The latest non-development build is Dolphin 3.5 (with no number).
Read the post above yours and you'll see the latest development build.

Your CPU at stock is too weak for this game
Does anyone know why the start button (or, rather, whatever button I've assigned to the "start" button function) wouldn't work during gameplay? I've never had this issue in any other game and even in Twin Snakes it works on the main menu and to skip through the first codec conversation, but whenever I get the alert to answer the codec once the gameplay starts I can't answer it as the start button does nothing. It's perplexing to me that it works elsewhere, just not once I've gotten control of Snake.

I'm using the wired 360 controller on OS X 10.8.3 and this behavior occurs in both the official build and 1324.

Hello,

I'm getting 50 FPS most of the time (all of the time without AA), but it drops to 24-27 in cutscenes and some times, there are double images. In the Gamecube version, there's a lot of motion blur (sort of post-process), which is not in the emulated version. Is this normal ? Because I read a lot of people here play it perfectly, and I'm wondering how accurate "perfectly" is. Thank you.

If you don't have one of these cpu Intel or Amd in some areas you can get performance in form of fps.

google translate sorry. I am Spanish

SalterHD, either change the graphics backend to OpenGL or use the latest development version from the Download link at the top of this page (3.5-1374) to fix the missing radar dots.

Okay thats fixed the dot issue, but now sometimes getting slight issues with audio, Im using XAudio 2, It just goes now and again.
Why does the game jump to 25fps anyway? It seems like the FPS is capped, because it's exactly same on my i7 3770s as it was on my old Phenom II X4 965 and in PCSX2 I have pretty high FPS compared to the old CPU. It was always exactly 25fps no matter what I did. I thought it's because the first submarine cutscene is video so that would explain it, but it isn't.
The simple reason is that Kojima Productions made it 25fps.

Really? Then why it jumps between 25fps and 50fps in the elevator cutscene where it shows Liquid Snake with the chopper.
Showing Snake in the Elevator 25fps
Showing Liquid Snake and the chopper 50fps
As the cutscene switches between the two FPS does too. Is the game really supposed to do that?
