Anyone else have strange movement with Snake? Im using a PC Gamecube controller and I noticed holding upright or downleft all the has him still doing his sneak walk

otherwise use only D.Pad to move and it would be fine.

EDIT2: Nvm it still happens even with Cubeb. After I skip all the cutscenes that happen after the elevator ride the game freezes at 0 FPS. Can you please post your full GPU config?
