Are there any kind of settings that I need to tinker with to get this game running normally? When I use the stable 5.0 release, I was getting weird blue screens in between cutscenes. When I learned I had to enable XFB to fix the codec, it seemed to fix that problem, but the codec background is a solid green color (that's with XFB set to virtual, when set to Real, it's unplayable, I didn't think my PC was that bad but I guess it isn't powerful enough to run that)

Then I found out that it's fixed with Hybrid XFB in later Dolphin builds, but when I tried them, I got a purple flashing screen during the opening cutscene and the codec screen was blue, is there a fix to that?

Also, I don't know if this is the game or my PC but the frame rate changes a lot from 60-62 fps, down to fps in the 40s and 50s and creates a lot of stutter, again my PC isn't bad in my opinion, are my settings wrong or do I just need a more powerful CPU?

You need to disable Store XFB Copies to Texture Only if you want everything to work perfectly. This is similar to Real XFB and comes with the same performance hit, but it doesn't decrease the resolution like Real XFB did.

Thank you for your response and help, it did as you said, now my only other question is about fixing performance, the game is playable but the framerate is all over the place, going from 30 to 60 back to 30 during gameplay, is that normal for this game? And if not, what's holding it back? Do I need a more powerful CPU? My current one is an AMD FX-6300, which I know isn't the greatest but I thought it would be able to run GameCube and Wii games as good as Dolphin can offer.

Thank you for your help again!

It's been years since I've played this game but I faintly remember the 30fps/60fps switch being normal.
Every time I try to run the game I get this annoying pink flashing that happens randomly.

Disable Store XFB Copies to Texture Only.

That made it worse.
Make sure you have XFB2Tex and Immediately Present both disabled.

Where are those in the settings?
Hi everyone. I have a problem with the game and I hope someone can help me. I have a lot of stuttering in the game and sometime in the cut scenes. I tried different settings: native resolution, v-sync enabled and disabled, I tried to disabled the g-sync of the monitor, Open Gl, Direct x 11, Vulkan, and I tried two different version of the emulator (include the last one).
My specs are: Windows 7 SP1
I5 4670k
Geforce 1070
Samsung SSD 850 Pro
Ram 8GB

Could you help me Please
