For some reason when I boot up the game. In OPENGL or D3D, I get green lines on the text boxes.

Oh that was easy. Thank you very much.

Ok, I know this game is kind of old and has been tested and all, but I am having an issue with minigames in this game. I played this game on dolphin a few years ago and it was perfect with no issues. In current revisions, in alot of minigames, the game runs normally but the audio crackles repeatedly. I am not sure how to describe this but it is like rapidly pausing and playing the audio. The FPS also cuts to half at 30 but is still playable. Seeing that everyone said the game is perfect on Dolphin I was wondering if there would be a fix to this. I am using 4.0.2, and if I try using future revisions it gets worse where the same issue happens on the select a party screen and the title screen. Other than this, the game runs smoothly on boards, but in some events the same problem happens. Sorry for not being able to provide details but I would appreciate it if someone help me figure out what exactly is going on. Please let me know what information is needed so I can edit this ie. settings or computer specs.
so, it sounds like you are using the same version that you used when it was working fine, 4.0.2. is this true? if so that means it was an onset issue and we can better diagnose
It sounds like you're having slowdown with vsync enabled and it's causing the audio to crackle.

Actually, if I remember correctly I was using version 3 of dolphin, quite awhile ago. I updated the game to 4.0.2 after seeing some person on youtube playing fine but it caused this rather personal issue

I dont have vsync on.
Sorry for the late reply, but I hope someone can still help me with this.
How do I trigger the microphone? I've never used the real one, but I see it has a button.

So how does it work? You hold the button and you speak? How does it work in dolphin then, do I need to have an actual microphone then?
