I've been having flickering shadows and textures while playing. Its nothing serious enough to not be playable by a long shot, but I thought I would just mention it. I've tried changing numerous settings and they still continue to flicker. Besides that, the game runs great. I'm using HLE audio and don't experience any audio glitches. This is with version 3.5-1522-x64.
Post a small video to show us what your issue looks like
I'm sorry, I currently don't have recording software. But when I switch over to OpenGL, the flickering shadows and textures will reduce dramatically. It also runs alot faster in OpenGL. Although there are certain effects menu effects that aren't render properly when I use OpenGL.
Use dolphins dump frames feature
This game doesn't seem to work properly with OpenGL Dolphin 4.0-1609. The first screen is displayed properly, but then the screen is black. It doesn't lock up, but it's just black. I can press buttons - but it's pretty much impossible to navigate the menu.. because of the blackness you see Tongue

It DOES work with D3D, but it isn't recommended in the wiki.. is that even still the case..? Wiki seems very outdated.

Any solution, is it a glitch?

On a side-note; the game works fine in Dolphin 3.5 using D3D or OpenGL.
I just played some using the following settings (framelimiter to auto, D3D renderer):
[Core]
DSPHLE = False
DSPThread = True
VBeam = True
[EmuState]
# The Emulation State. 1 is worst, 5 is best, 0 is not set.
[OnLoad]
# Add memory patches to be loaded once on boot here.
[Video]
PH_ExtraParam = 0
[Video_Settings]
FastDepthCalc = False
EFBScale = 0
DisableFog = False
[Video_Hardware]
VSync = True

Really nice performance! One downside is the FMW video's; sound is crackling and some stuttering, but ingame it's all good. Didn't see any weird glitches or anything with effects either (wiki states "dx11 problem with magic effect rendering")

There is a glitch with the game when using Action Replay codes (at least with Dolphin 4.0, OpenGL, the NTSC-U version of the game and codes from CodeJunkies)

The character becomes invisible (though the glow from enchants is still there.), as well as most items in the inventory screen.

The codes in question are the Infinite Health codes. You need to press Z+A to activate them.

I will try with the codes from Cheat Happens.

EDIT: No. They don't work.
I've got the game running perfectly with the latest build of Dolphin. I had a request if anyone was interested. Is anyone working on any HD textures, or willing to start doing so? Or is there already some around that I just fail at finding. This game is awesome, and I'd love it if it also looked awesome!

This game ran fine on my old system which had a Intel i5 CPU and an R7240. So I'm expecting great results when running it on my new system. As for the green screen transitions, its honestly not bothered me that much, nice to see there's a way to stop it though.

Not sure if your aware of this but I tried to use one of those cheat discs on the actual console version and I found those big three headed monsters couldn't be killed. I think its some form of Anit-Cheat system. The same happens when fighting that big boss during Jacob's chapter too.
the game lock in the home screen after choosing the video mode
i use pal version because my language is spanish
