ive set the emulator to fill out my screen and it works for every other game i own except this.

the game screen stays small and would only fit a 13inch screen im using the newest version of dolphin. Im puzzled Huh
try setting the aspect ratio to stretch

Im using Dolphin 3.0-840 x64 Windows version.

i tried the stretch option but to no avail maybe it only works on older versions Huh

im using direct 3d9, fullscreen resolution is 1920x1080, tried all the aspect ratios and fullscreen checked, Ialso have two graphic cards (2xnvidia 675gtx in sli)

This is really odd.
If I'm not mistaken, I have this issue myself today and haven't found a "fix" for it.
Way way way back I know you could have Super Mario Sunshine stretched out perfectly to fill the entire screen without the use of wide screen hacks and what not. But that was a couple of thousand builds ago.
My solution today is to play all GameCube games in 4:3 instead and live with the black borders on the side. GameCube games is 4:3 so I don't have anything against it and the image quality is sharp still.
Yeah i have a vague memory of this game running fullscreen some years ago.

by the way does anyone know of a way to use the water cannon while running??
Don't full press R (you need to set up analog R in the controller settings)
