If it can even run anything at full speed it will be at 1x IR. I still wouldnt get my hopes up though but it might be worth a shot with these settings (if it isnt listed here just leave it at default):

Graphics
General
Backend: OpenGL (Try Direct3D aswell (will reset the settings so check them again). Some people have had better experience with that backend)
Fullscreen Resolution: Auto.

Enhancements
Internal Resolution: Native
Anti-Aliasing: None
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x
Post-Processing Effect: (off)

Hacks
Skip EFB Access from CPU: Checked
Ignore Format Changes: Checked
Store EFB Copies to Texture Only: Checked
Texture Cache Accuracy: Fast
External Frame Buffer: Disable
Fast Depth Calculation: Checked (uncheck this one if you are bothered by flickering waves. I only have this issue when using Direct3D).
Disable Bounding Box: Checked

Config
Audio
DSP Emulator Engine: DSP HLE emulation
Audio Backend: XAudio2

Also make sure the game is using your dedicated GPU. Considering you're using a laptop does it ofter default to the IGPU on the CPU. If you dont know what Dolphin is using then set the backend to Direct3D and look at what it says under adapter. If it says something with HD 4350 you should be fine.

Thanks for the advice I'll give it a shot. When I changed the back end it actually said ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series. I just made the adjustments you said. A majority of them were already checked (aside from the skip EFB access from CPU) I'm gonna try this out quick.
Just tried openGL and direct3d. Both start chopping up at the title screen when it brings the island in view. Also what is gpu and igpu haha?
Also is there a spot on my computer where I can view its specifications?
It's working pretty well! Fingers crossed it stays this way. There was a noticeable difference when I turned off "enable CPU Clock Override". I think I saw somewhere else where someone said that it would help to have on BUT HELL NO IT DOESN'T lol. Thanks again man I really appreciate you taking the time. This game takes me back!

CPU clock override can help if you would lower it from 100%. This would slowdown the emulated CPU which means your PC would spend less time completing a clock cycle of the GameCube. The downside is that because you are emulating a slower Gamecube you might encounter slowdowns in your game. Another problem is that some games might rely on the clock speed for timing which can cause alot more serious problems. Increasing CPU clock override means you make your PC emulate a more powerfull CPU. Which can help with games that would otherwise slowdown on real hardware if you have the processing power for it.

If you need to know your system specs you can open the run prompt (windows key + r) and enter dxdiag. Although this wont give the exact gpu you have.
Awesome thanks again!

i can't assign key to items. i am stuck at begining. where you get the telescope.
im doing start-select item(telescope) and it says press y x or z but nothing happens.

Oranage

My Wind Waker just turns black after i get thrown away by the big bird at the forsaken castle. When that cutscene ends, my screen just turns black. I tried replaying the game with LLE but it's the same thing. Any advice? Smile

What is the exact Dolphin version are you using? Your profile says 4.0, which doesn't make any sense with this issue.

I just installed HD Textures from here-- and verified they wwwere in the right folders and that my texture settings are correct. They're not loading! Confused I saw in another thread that they're not working due to all the files being named incorrectly-- can someone send me a version that works? Thanks!
