I don't know in what Dolphin revision it started, but now Wind Waker (PAL version) doesn't ask for 60Hz mode. Pressing B at startup doesn't work for this game anymore. In Dolphin 3.0 it works.
This issue has been coming and leaving multiple times since I first used Dolphin in 2009.
You know you hold it not press right?

Yes, I know. Since ten years ago Tongue . As I said, it works for other games, and for this same game in some older revisions.

Does this really matter for WW? :p It only runs 50 or 60 FPS (PAL and NTSC respectively) at certain points (mostly menus). Both versions of WW run 30 FPS for actual gameplay.

Yes, it matters. The emulator says that it's running at 30FPS/50VPS, but it keeps alternating between well synchronized fps and choppy fps in a matter of seconds. It's certainly annoying Undecided .

I guess I'll play the NTSC version until this gets resolved.

It reminds me of Punch Out! The PAL version plays at 50FPS/60VPS in Dolphin. Result: choppy.
I've never had that FPS/VPS issue, and yes, I use the PAL version (para jugar en espanol). You may just need to your Framelimit to something like Audio. Mess around with that option and see if anything works.

Hello,
First, forgive me if something is not understood well, I'm not very friend of the English.

I have a few weeks since I discovered the amazing Dolphin, and I'm really interested with this project.

I've only been using for ZWW, and i want to ask a question for this.

I noticed that when using pictograph, happens a small block of a few seconds, I see is a known error, the fact is that I "discovered" that activating the option 'Skip EFB access from CPU', this makes pictograph work perfectly for my.

Just wanted to know if this option may cause some corpontamiento wrong in the game or is a safe enhancement.

I've been using the latest development versions all the time (now I'm on the last one) and I think in all the cases.

Somebody can support this for me?
Thanks!

I've been using dolphin for a few days and so far it seems great. However, I notice that in both Zelda: WW and TP that when I hit an enemy with my sword, the game lags for a moment. I've just been playing through it but I'm curious if anybody else encounters this. I've got the settings pretty much the way the wiki article recommends. 3x Res, no AA, LLE, and seems to happen in all three rendering modes. My 3570k is set to 4.2 ghz and no other slowdowns. Edit: Well I figured out that this is intended to be in the game for emphasis. Thanks anyways. The emulator is simply awesome. Keep up the good work!
