Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Save states aren't perfect yet in Dolphin. They're okay, but you shouldn't rely on them. They're known to cause various issues as well.

Can someone help me fix the no music/missing sound problem I'm having please, I've been trying for days now & am more or less out of patience.
I read through this whole thread & tried all of the recommendations & so far nothing has worked, the game otherwise works fine and I can hear some sounds.
I don't have any similar issues with any of the other 10+ games I use Dolphin with

ok,just saw Hypatia's High Res Wind Waker Texture Mod

but all links are dead.... anyone has one,or it's not disscuable here?

thx alot man it worked, i passed that temple now without any problems no bugs so far. the savestates might caused these bugs u were right thx alot again

I'm just currently trying out the old hud texture pack not tried it yet but it may be worth you having a go as well. Goes without saying if someone gets a working link for Hypatia's pack please post it :-)

I have huge fps drop (around 15-20) after 5 min the game after it loads a zone. I have to close and restart the emulator. I have this even if i face a wall.

Sounds like your computer may be overheating or throttling down due to heat. Use RealTemp or CoreTemp and measure your temperatures while playing Dolphin.

I like to use a manual fan control program to kick up my fans on my cpu and gpu before I even start playing.
