The game actually ran when I changed from 2.0 to 3.5 and 3.0 however now I'm running at 10 FPS outside and regular speed inside a house or small area.

The first post should help you. Take the time to read it

Your CPU is too weak for Dolphin

Upgrade.

You have no chance to get Dolphin to work decently with that CPU. Get a better system

Owch that hurt. Actually you're wrong on that fact, I've got it to run perfectly for quite a few games however just LZWW is giving me a problem.

With that CPU and that clock speed you can't get Zelda WW to work at decent speed (even if this isn't a really demanding game). You can't get other games to work at decent speed either.
So of course games will run. But not at decent speed and certainly not "perfectly"

They've worked perfectly no sound glitches no performance troubles, and no decreased speed. Other games run "perfectly". Like I said just LZWW.

Go into your game's config (User/GameConfig) and look at the picture. Change "False" into "True" and see if it can help you
