I supposed he might've modified his .ini file (for a better speed I guess). Turning "Texture" into "RAM" might solve this
So it didn't help. Try to set Texture Accuracy to "Safest"
Try unchecking all checkboxes in the "hacks" tab of your graphics configuration, put Texture Accuracy to safest, set EFB copies to "RAM" and uncheck the caching checkbox next to it. Set IR to 1x and disable scaled EFB copies.

Should've probably also added to use "Real XFB" (as opposed to "Virtual XFB") .. if that doesn't help, we can assume it to be a Dolphin bug :p

Save states
I didn't know that save states can f*ck up your game. i didn't use them to cheat though, just for saving the game.
Saving to memory card did not work, the game gave me an error of corrupted memory cards and I didn't try anything beyond that.

But can you still load the game through save state? Does the game crashes at certain point or something else?
