I'm using an Xbox 360 controller myself and I'm on version 5.0-10430. I might have to get round to dumping my copy and seeing if that's an issue for me too. Just trying to work out if it's an issue with a particular game or the dev build or even the hardware itself (but having the same problem in the same game with two different controllers is a bit odd).
You could also see if updating to the latest dev build fixes the problem.
Sorry, i can't test with other games because i lost most of my dumps. My HD (1 TB) broke and i just have a few more storage on my SSD. For now, i just have zelda wind waker but in my tests, my theory proved truth until now (on Zelda WW at least). Thanks anyway.
I am currently playing Wind Waker too and I am just trying to fight the final boss, but I have tried everything in trying to the load the save states that I have downloaded and nothing works. I have gone to memory card manager (GC) and done the import GCI to the Memory Card A USA file and nothing works, do you have any advice from experiance? I am wondering if it has something to do with my special permissions on computer or something.

Don“t.
Go get memory card saves instead. Save states can fuck up your normal saves easily.
The most annoying problem with save-states being also that they are incompatible between two versions of Dolphins. So it breaks almost every day on development version of Dolphin.
Also yeah it can cause many issues in-game after loading one, even after doing a normal save after...
Hi! Is it possible to remove the mini stutters that appear when Link deals the final blow to an enemy? They're part of the game design, they're there in the original game (and in the Wii U remake) and I think that they really ruin the pace...
Thanks in advance!
hey guys, been getting 10fps on Legend of Zelda Wind Waker. using 5.0 12348. Not sure what's causing it, my other games run better on Dolphin.

We would need to know what settings you are using and what your PC specs are

Hiya folks! I'm playing the Wind Waker with my kid. Game's been running great so far (microstutter went away when we switched to OpenGL). Everything was going fine until we left Windfall Island and reached Cat's Paw, the one with the cave full of Chus hidden under the blue and white dome. We went down into the cave, and BOOM! Horrible slowdown because of the little "fireflies" hiding in the grass.
This stirred a memory. I played the game on an earlier version of Dolphin on this same machine years ago, ran into the same issue, found a simple fix, and finished the game without issue. I just can't remember what the fix was, or find it online.
Does anyone know what setting to tweak? (You can get my specs from my user profile, right?)
