That sounds like a bad dump. Check the MD5 hash of the game by right-clicking on the game in the list, then Properties > Info > MD5 Checksum > Compute.

Can you post the hash? Alternatively, just check if it's a known hash for the game on the Internet.

it didn't solve the problem
i found only one hash like this but no solution was discused.Others however posted other bugs like mine in different parts of the game
The hash will not solve the problem for you. What it lets you do is check if you have a valid dump. Please post the hash here.

the other guy already talked about computing the dump and i think i did.i posted a picture
If you don't post the hash or compare it to a known correct value, merely computing it is absolutely useless.

When you press Compute, you get a hash (letters and numbers). Post that hash in this topic.
