I understand D3D doesn't show the black blob shadows, really because of a hack. So OpenGL doesn't emulate it properly, while d3d can't do it at all.. Though the hack looks way better off course - black blob shadows suck Smile

OpenGL delivers a way better framerate though, so is there a way to insert the d3d hack for the shadows in the OpenGL renderer? Maybe via a cheat code?

Would be awesome, love this crazy game!

EDIT: no need anymore, managed to get it working smoothly in D3D.

I got a white screen crash when loading the game.

I'm using the latest version of dolphin but still cant get in the game.
I searched for help but most of them said the game works well after some 3.X patches.
PLZ help.

Try the latest development version?

Also use WinMD5 and calculate the MD5 hash of your game, and paste the result here.
Just letting you guys know, disabling "enable idle skipping" made the little stutters go away I experienced in D3D.

Dlist caching? Virtual XFB? EFBscale = 7?! Oh no no no no no. You don't get to paste a gameini that crappy. If someone actually used that it would be a problem.

1. what is wrong with EFBscale = 7 considering my config?

2. Virtual XFB not good? Then why is it part of the official ini file? It's apparently needed for some mini-games.

If someone used it if wouldn't be a problem at all. Don't understand the harsh tone of your post when all I do is trying to help and share my experiences with Dolphin.

He worried that someone will copy paste it. Virtual xfb is correct, but if someone enforces efbscale = 7 with a weak gpu he will have trouble since it is 4x IR.
im using the the latest development version on ubuntu 14.04.1 but when i tryed run this game i got a black screen, i can hear the audio but no image appear.
Someone suggest something?

i tested disable idle skipping as suggested befor but, doesnt work

EDIT: solved with a workaround - start the game, wait 2 minutes, open the graphics config and the image shows without any problem(i dont understand why)
I start up the game and I get an eternal white screen that just hangs forever.

Any fixes?
