Try enabling performance mode (disable power saving) in the Windows Power Settings control panel as well as the AMD Catalyst drivers. You should be getting at least 96% speed, not 55% like you are in the screenshot.
Where would I adjust the settings in the AMD Catalyst stuff? You mean the OverDrive? If so I'm not sure that will actually help with it. Since I changed the power settings to high performance. I haven't seen a difference yet.

Yeah that worked well. I get 98% now. What is the reason why for those checked boxes? Or I mean is, what do the blue check mean for them?
Enabling those checkboxes is like asking Dolphin to turn off all of its speed hacks. Dolphin would be emulating the Wii accurately (more accurately than is needed to run the game) and at the same time bumping up the requirements of Dolphin two-fold.
That's very odd that it got the game to work much much better then what I expected. I didn't expect to be getting near full 60 then. Well at least it works.
My 2nd player not active, I want to play for 2 players, but only the 1st joystick is recognized, someone understands this problem?

The same is happening to me. Only the first emulated wiimote is recognized. If I activate the 2nd, 3rd or 4th they're not recognized by the game. This only occurs with this game. Does someone knows how to solve this?
Try pressing Alt+F6 sometimes...
i have stable 60fps but the sound starts crackling after some time. any idea?? (dolphin 4.0)
// edit
using directsound fixed it!
