Since Dolphin 4.0-5205, the mini map should work with fast texture cache accuracy now. But it will still require efb2ram. The behavior for efb2tex is changed though, it's in grayscales now, and also updates properly with with fast texture cache accuracy.
How is work on the Hyrule Field Speed Hack coming for TLOZ:TP NTSC 1.0, and is there a location on the forums here where I can see where this issue is being discussed?
As it's been a reply before, "Get a different version" is not a valid answer- that would require either purchasing a different disc- more difficult as you'd have to see the disc or a picture to be certain as to the version you're looking for- or illegal downloads- illegal for one, and wrong in many ways as well, neither of which is a valid answer to an emulator issue.

It's unclear what they mean by v1 and v2. Is 1.0 their v1?
Thank you for the link, as soon as I understand which version they're talking about that should help a lot.

My copies of the games is the earlier ones since I bought them at release, I guess I have the v1.0 ones because the regular patch labeled Hyrule Field Speed patch works.
Just use the latest dolphin dev, the new patch for the previously unsupported ntsc version is there to enable it.
Hahaha! You see, Duke Nukem, it's no good staying with Dolphin 4.0.2

But I got no problems with the Hyrule Field Patch in 4.0.2 in either the GameCube version or the Wii version, so why is it bad to stay with 4.0.2???
4.0.2 got the ZTP Hack but that's super slow compared to the Hyrule Field Patch which works great on 4.0.2.
So what's not good.......well you guys tell me.
Ah, ok, sorry, I misunderstood you then...

I'm usually misunderstood around here these days...
So no need to apologize.
