Anti-Ultimate - Nope, there were a few builds that had the minimap (mostly) working on EFB2Texture before the tex-cache rewrite was reverted. Guess what? There's another tex-cache rewrite that will do the same thing on the PR list. Weird how far apart the same feature/rewrite can crop up.
Previously On Dolphin 4.0.2 Playing Twilight Princess Required the ZTP Hack in the properties of the game on the tab game config the game is the RZDE01 Version. But I Heard that it was removed on newer revisions, currently am using the latest dolphin build 4.0-2836 and when I enabled the Hyrule Speed Hack on The Patch Tab of the games properties. I get Black Screen When Attempting to play the game 0-FPS just black screen and I also made sure cheats were enabled and still nothing just black screen. Please Help Me

You are probably of the unfortunate owners of a different version of the game than the one the patch was intended. Until someone finds a patch for all versions and regions of the game (there is not a patch for the japanese region for example) you can't do much about it.

A wii ntsc revision of the game doesn't seem to work with the patch currently. There are two revisions of the game for ntsc.
Ok thanks that answers my question so now what I have to right for a patch to be released, Or does the pal version work for this game? What versions actually work as of now.

If I don't enable EFB to texture and set it to RAM the game lags.
With EFB Texture works great but the minimap doesn't show
Can I play the game with EFB texture or I really need the map

It will make the game more difficult to traverse and orientate yourself, if you prefer to have that to gain more speed then do it.
