Ok then. Another game to add on the list - Rally Championship [GRAE5Z].
Rally Championship does work in dolphin. The common dump floating around the internet is bad. If you dump the game again from your disc, you'll find that it works fine.
I second skid here. Rally Championship works.
@skid: City Racer doesn't work. Could you have a look to this game?

OK. In game properties. Don't rely on this. Either you're using a recent build and .ini file might not be updated. Either you're using an old build, the game might have been broken at this time and then .ini file has considered it as broken
Alright. I have tested even more games, and interestingly, Pro Rally [GRLE41] by Ubi Soft Entertainment works just fine. However on 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker I cant get into Arcade mode, always black out occurs

The Wiki page mentions this. Try to use LLE and tell me if it solves the problem
That didnt help, as the biggest issue isnt really the sound, but the fact I cant play Arcade mode :/
