I did try again, with 3.0-803, MMU and MMU Speed Hack on, game just hangs on at FPS: 0 VPS: 50 and SPEED: 100%. Only "Licensed by Nintendo" shows up :/
Did you try to redump your game(s)?

Use MMU
only and use an older revision
E.g. the official Dolphin 3.0 release.

Tried even 2.0 and a lot of older revisions, no luck... Will it be ok the post the image I have for check? I've been trying to get it running for more than half of year now.. thanks

What do you mean here?
i have image of the game cd, not sure if properly dumped etc, so would you like to get it?
Err... it's not allowed to upload game images. The easiest way to prove your dump is, that you compare the hash of your ISO with the hash of the game on redump.org
