Agreed, black is nice, but the background should be another colour like blue, yellow etc.

Changes: navbar is fixed at the top instead of floating, link color is blue, font is smaller, quote button is back.

I like the smaller fontsize personally.
The horizontal rule works better to separate the post from the signature.
The link colors are also very nice, but I did notice that the links in a post do not have a mouse-over color.
Are you keeping the text, or are you looking for proper icons for the "reply, quote, report", etc buttons?
Also, it's perhaps being a bit nit-picky, but I think having "View New Posts" above "View Todays Posts" works better; atleast for me.
I don't know what you guys did to the reply window but I love it.
We did a lot of changes to the top header bar. Feedback wanted
Looks nice. Not used to it yet and seems weird due to the standard design being used for so long.
