I'm having a problem with my controls, was wondering if anyone else was having this issue.
I can't use any buttons other than B and the control stick in menus. A and Y don't seem to work in them. This only happens in the in-game menus (character status screen, save menu, etc.). Outside the menus, these buttons work just fine. As far as I can tell I'm not having any graphical issues, as pressing B exits them just fine with no stuttering or lag.
Hi this has been probably answered before in the thread but i couldn't dig it up... is their a fix for the opening audio so it doesn't stutter ?

Using the latest dev version go to the advance tab enable cpu overclocking and set the slider at least to 125%. It is a hackish solution but it works for the intro video.

Thank you, one more question how exactly do i add the widescreen gecko hack... all it says is add it to the tos.ini , i kind of figured out that's GQSEAF.ini but i added it and it doesn't do anything...
EDIT: i fixed it, why call it a gecko code if its an AR Code ? added to the AR Codes and works great...
Hi and thanks for this thread very useful.
But i have a little problem. Ghosting effect. I try with and without the HD texture pack.
I use openGL texture 3x native, fullscreen in 1920*1080 and msaax8.

In the original topic it said:
Enable Custom Projection Hack and set it to Tales of Symphonia (GC).
But in the new version i can't find this option. Should i use an older version of dolphin?
Thanks for your help

double post fail sorry ><

whenever I use this gecko code it won't load up the game. gives me an error saying 'IntCPU unknown instruction' then a bunch of numbers.
I just copied the code from this post and enabled it. not sure what the problem is and I've tried googling to no luck.
I'm on the latest daily release of dolphin, 4.0-9103.
any help would be amazing
Hi all,
Could someone help me explain how the co-op works in this game (or in any of the Tales... games)? Only works as single player for me (even in the fights).
Cheers,
Oi

You need to go to the individual characters in your party and switch them from "Auto" to either "Semi-Auto" or "Manual" (Semi-Auto makes pressing attack run up to your target while Manual gives you full control over timing and positioning of attacks). You can do this both in and out of battle, I believe through the tech menu.
